After suffering a number of significant loses in our lives, my daughter became so anxious that she would barely leave my side. The world became a very frightening place for her. Friendships and school were becoming problematic  and she was developing phobias. Not being able to understand her feelings meant that she would become very angry, or simply cry at seemingly the smallest thing. Lynda has given her a safe place to explore her feelings and I couldn’t be more grateful. She loves her Play Therapy sessions and looks forward to them with real excitement. 
Our daughter now goes in to school smiling. She isn’t afraid of what the day might hold and she has far greater resilience. The phobias are fading away and she is much more able to articulate her feelings. 
Before life got a bit messy, she was a hilariously funny child, full of beans and imagination. Lynda has helped us get back that bright spark that all the worries had chased away.
